Refund Policy

At ISFCM LLP, we are committed to delivering high-quality financial education through our online, offline, and hybrid learning programs. To maintain fairness and transparency, we have established the following refund policy.
 

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available only under the following conditions:

  • The student has not completed more than 10% of the course or program content.

  • The request is submitted before any certification is issued.

  • No course material has been downloaded (where applicable).

Once a course has crossed the 10% progress threshold, or if a certificate has been generated, no refund will be processed under any circumstance.
 

2. Course Types Covered

This refund policy applies to:

  • Pre-recorded video courses

  • Live virtual classes

  • Offline and in-person workshops or training programs
     

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • More than 10% of course content has been accessed or completed

  • A certificate of completion has been generated

  • Course materials (such as PDFs, videos, or notes) have been downloaded
     

4. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request:

  • Email us at gaurangmisra@isfcm.com

  • Include your full name, enrolled course, enrollment date, and reason for requesting a refund

Our team will verify your eligibility within 7 working days and issue a refund if applicable. Refunds will be processed directly to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
