Welcome to ISFCM LLP (“ISFCM”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our educational courses, website, and related services. By enrolling in any program or accessing our content, you agree to these Terms.
 

1. ELIGIBILITY

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate personal information during registration

  • Comply with all local laws and regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or deny access if false information is provided.
 

2. COURSE ACCESS AND USAGE

  • Courses (online or offline) are provided solely for individual, non-commercial use.

  • You may not share, resell, or distribute course materials.

  • Access to pre-recorded content is granted for a limited time as stated at the time of purchase.
     

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including videos, presentations, handouts, and logos, is the intellectual property of ISFCM LLP and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are not permitted to:

  • Copy or redistribute any material

  • Use ISFCM branding without written permission

  • Record or share live sessions or paid content

Legal action may be taken for violations.
 

4. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

  • All course fees must be paid in full before access is granted.

  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and will only be processed under specified conditions.
     

5. CERTIFICATION

  • Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of a program as per ISFCM guidelines.

  • Any misuse or alteration of certificates will lead to permanent account suspension and legal consequences.
     

6. CODE OF CONDUCT

By using ISFCM services, you agree to:

  • Maintain respectful behavior in classes and discussion forums

  • Avoid plagiarism or cheating in any form

  • Not engage in spamming, hate speech, or any unlawful activities

Violation may lead to expulsion from the course and a permanent ban from ISFCM platforms.
 

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ISFCM LLP is not liable for:

  • Technical issues beyond our control

  • Loss of data due to user negligence

  • Any financial losses incurred by students acting on educational content without proper analysis

All course content is provided for educational purposes only and should not be construed as financial advice.
 

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be updated on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
 

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chandigarh, India.
